I'm so torn on what to post. I've loved this place and today was my third time there and the woman who runs it was incredibly rude. I brought a few of my friends there for my birthday and what an awful experience. You would think me coming in with 5 other people would have been a positive but instead we weren't treated very nicely. I was embarrassed and it put a damper on my birthday because she was so unpleasant. She wouldn't even talk to us about the wine... she said we could walk around and figure it out. The last time I was there she said we could bring food in and relax while drinking wine, so we brought cheese and crackers. This time she said no, which was fine, I said we would put it away. She insisted we leave it out but lectured us about how we shouldn't bring food to a "restaurant" except it isn't a restaurant and she has said in the past we could bring food. My brother in law eventually asked her to leave the table because she just would not stop. I'm done with this place... sucks because I like the wine but I'm not dealing with a rude owner. I felt incredibly embarrassed by her behavior in front of my guests. Never again.
Wonderful place for food, friends, and fun! Delightful staff and delicious food. Highly recommended.
Always a wonderful time! Super friendly, warm and generous owners who make you feel at home and enjoy both their products and your experience. A lovely adult experience every time.
Stopped by for an impromptu tasting today after a visit to Kringle Candle. The owner was warm and welcoming to my friends and I. Our favorite wine was the "Family Wine" and the rhubarb wine. We went on a whim, but will definitely return next time we venture out to western Mass.
